| Do you like beach volleyball? | | In my place volleyball is populair, event thought not so populair like soccer or foot ball. But there are many people like play volleyball as basket ball. There are many competition also. But in this years, volleyball has new family. What is that?. Yes it is beach volleyball. Even thought we don’t’ stay on the beach, but there are some beach volleyball square in my city. If the volleyball usually played indoor, but the beach volleyball is played in open area. The amount of the player is also different. The volleyball need six player for one team, the beach volley ball just need two player for one team. The chothing also different. beach volleyball player just wear pant only if the player are man or boy. For the girl or woman, they just wear short pant and bra or brassiere. That’s why if there is woman or girl beach volleyball competiotion, there are many man or boy want to see that competition. | | Womens Beach Volleyball | | I really enjoy beach volleyball. Well, women's beach volleyball. They don't seem to have enough of it on TV. I think they should do away with some of the basketball and golf and have more women's beach volleyball. I don't know any of the players names or any teams, but I could watch it for hours. They are so graceful and make cute grunting noises like the tennis players do. I also like tennis a lot. Well, women's tennis. Sorry, I got off-topic. You see, women's beach volleyball is a lot like women's tennis. Except the outfits. And the sand. And the rackets. Otherwise, it's pretty much the same. Most of the volleyball players look taller, though. I think that is probably so, since the nets are higher. I'd like to see them combine the two sports. They could make the volleyballs a little smaller and use bigger rackets. Either kind of uniform would be OK. Maybe uniforms could be optional. Darn, I got off the topic again. | |

| Anyone watching the beach volleyball matches at the Olympics? | | The teams are made up of only two players on each side. I have really enjoyed watching both the men and women's matches. Today, the USA team of May and Walsh beat the Cuban team in two sets. They had already beat the Japanese earlier. The men's team of Rogers and Dalhausser are great, too. They lost their first game to Lativa.But they bounced back and won against the Swiss team in both sets. I think they are saying that the USA Men's team is favored to win gold. I hope both the women and men win. They are so good! | |
